Returns Policy
At Corteiz Official, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging, boxes, dust bags, and accessories must be included where applicable
- Footwear must be tried on carefully indoors to avoid marks or damage to the soles and packaging
- Any Corteiz Official security tags or brand tags must remain attached in their original position
- Beauty and cosmetic products must be unopened, unused, and sealed
- Swimwear, lingerie, and hosiery must include hygiene seals and original packaging
- Swimwear and lingerie should only be tried on over personal undergarments
- Jewellery must be returned in the same condition received, including all packaging and documentation
- Made-to-order or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Face masks
- Fragrances
- Aerosols
- Essential oils
- Nail polish and removers
- Self-tanning products
- Other flammable or hazardous beauty items
Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely and sent back in the same condition they were received. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may not be accepted.
To maintain a fair shopping experience, we reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if unusual return activity or misuse of our returns policy is detected.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, processing may take up to 6 business days.
After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider or bank
In some cases, eligible customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be added directly to your Corteiz Official account for future purchases.
You can track your return using the tracking or waybill number provided with your shipment.
Cryptocurrency Refunds
If you paid using cryptocurrency, refunds will be processed in the original cryptocurrency through our payment partner.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the current exchange rate at the time the refund is processed.
To complete your cryptocurrency refund request, you may be asked to provide:
- Full Name
- Government-issued ID or Business Registration Number
- Country of Residence
- Cryptocurrency wallet address
Once approved, your refund will be processed and confirmation will be sent to your email address. Processing times may vary depending on blockchain network activity.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and arrange a return or replacement where applicable. Approved faulty items are eligible for a full refund.
